After 26 wonderful years of trading and sharing our passion for unusual perennials, ornamental grasses, and reliable garden plants, The Plant Specialist will be permanently closing its doors on Sunday, 1st November 2026.  Since we first started this journey, it has been an absolute privilege to help you bring your outdoor spaces to life. 

We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank all of our customers for your wonderful support, loyalty, and custom over the past two and a half decades. We couldn't have done it without you. 

Although the nursery is saying goodbye, the design side of our work will carry on. Sean Walter will be continuing his landscape and planting design work under his new company, Sean Walter Gardens.
